How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive within 10 to 14 days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times of year or because of carrier or customs delays. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Orders with more than one item
Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay for delivery once.
International orders
Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
