Review policy

Reviews on Quokko are there to help you decide, so they have to be honest. This is how we handle them.

Who can leave a review

Reviews come from people who have bought from us. After your order arrives we may send one email asking how you got on. Reviews from verified buyers are marked as verified.

We show every genuine review

We publish all genuine reviews, including low star ratings and critical comments. We do not hide, reorder or edit reviews to make a product look better than it is.

What we remove

We only remove a review if it is abusive, includes someone's personal details, is spam, is clearly about a different product, or was not written by a real customer. If we remove a review we keep a record of why.

No fake or paid reviews

We never write reviews ourselves, buy reviews, or ask friends, family or staff to review our products. If we ever offer something in return for a review, such as a discount on a future order, we will say so clearly next to that review, and the offer will not depend on the review being positive.

Replies

We may reply publicly to a review, especially to put something right. A reply never changes the review itself.
