How to use it

1. Apply a little body oil and place the cup flat against your skin.
2. Switch it on and start on the lowest suction level.
3. Use it for 3 to 5 minutes, then switch it off and lift it away.

Good to know

• Cupping can leave round marks on the skin for a few days. Start on the lowest setting for a short time while your skin gets used to it.
• Do not use it on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin.
• If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or are unsure whether cupping is right for you, check with your doctor before use.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the cup rim with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use. Never put the device in water. Replace the small filter pad if it becomes soaked with oil.
